Women’s Day 2022
This women’s day, AJCL, with its female staff and guest speaker Mrs. Yasmin Jaffer had a motivational session, where all the ladies gathered to take a pledge for a gender-equal world. A world, free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination, a world that’s diverse, where difference is valued and celebrated.
The session started with a video message from the male staff of the company to salute the strong, fierce and talented female workforce. Afterwards, two senior girls Hareem and Sauliha gave presentations on gender diversity and women empowerment, followed by the speech of guest speaker Yasmin Jaffer, where she acknowledged and appreciated the women working at AJCL.
The session ended with refreshments, followed by board games and a productive chit chat session, and the women at AJCL pledged to collectively #BreakTheBias!
