The personnel at AJCL have varied educational qualifications and background experience.  Most hold bachelors degrees in Business Administration, Metallurgical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, Office Management, and Masters in Business Administration. In addition many of our colleagues have attended the Pakistan Military Academy, the Pakistan Army Staff College and have experience in defense procurement and Aviation. They offer several years of past experience in project execution & familiarity with financing regulations of the World Bank, Asian Bank, Islamic Bank, OPEC, Kuwait Fund, JIBIC, ODA, USAID, KFW, Hermes, Coface etc.  Added to this is the inherent entrepreneurial drive and motivation that allows us to continuously develop new trading and business activities.  In its business practices, AJCL recognizes the rules of the International chamber of Commerce, UCC & Incoterms.  The company is a founding member of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of the Pakistan Chamber of Commerce, The Pakistan-Japan, Pakistan-France and Pakistan-German Business forums and Alliances.
